Furan Resin

Furan resin is produced from condensation polymerization of Furfural alcohol, urea, and formaldehyde. Loyal Furan Resin is used in modern foundry technology to increase the productivity and reduce energy and labor costs. It consists of several different grades for various applications. Loyal will continually devote to R&D to produce environmental friendly and highly precision products to foundry industry.

	Custom products - we may manufacture according to customer's specifications in terms of water content, viscosity, and so on.

Phenolic Resin

Loyal Phenolic resin is produced in a condensation polymerization of Phenol and Formaldehyde using basic catalysts. The resins that are formed are known as Bakelite's. This product is used in foundry applications.
