History
Owing to the middle East war in October 1973, the founder of Loyal
Group, Mr. Y.C. Liao saw the opportunity of sky rocketed prices in petrochemicals
and invited his classmates, colleagues, the wife of his collage professor,
and so on, to found Sun Advance Ind. Corp.. The major ranges of business
included chemicals trading and indent. Because of such a timing, the business
expanded very quickly. In the following year, he established another company,
called Keeneyse Ind. Corp., which specialized the local stock sales and worked
as the SM agent of now GPPC.
Mr. Liao graduated from Taipei Industrial Collage and majored in
chemical engineering, especially in resins and polymers manufacturing technology.
He believed in the concept of “Trading and Manufacturing in joint force”,
and consequently established Loyal Chemical Ind. Crop. in Kaoshiung county
of southern Taiwan in August of 1976. The factory produces Expandable Polystyrene
(EPS), Furan Resin (FR), and Phenolic Resins (PF) for the plastics, packaging,
and foundry industries, which marked the beginning of joint effort of trading
and manufacturing.
Mainland China started its economical reform around 20 years ago.
The demand in plastics market also increased very quickly, during which
Loyal products started its way into the mainland China market. Until now,
King Pearl EPS is still well known brand name in Mainland China. The productions
of Ningbo He-Qiao Chemical in October of 1993 has contributed a great deal
to that.
From now, Jiang Yin Xin-He-Qiao Chemical, will start its EPS production.
The total capacity of EPS of Loyal Group will reach 135,000 MT per annum,
which will be the single largest EPS manufacturing company in Asia. Depending
upon the market reaction and demand, Xin-He-Qiao may start its 2nd
phase expansion at any time, which will double its current capacity. This
is the goal that the shareholders and employees of the entire Loyal Group
are pursuing and hoping to see to achieve.

chemical trading, indent, and stock sales both in Taiwan and China.
- Loyal Chemical Ind. Corp.: Established in 1976 and
specializes in EPS (35,000 MT per annum), Phenolic Resins, and Furan
Resins, and Foundry chemicals.
- Ningbo He-Qiao Chemical Ind. Co., Ltd.: Established
in 1993 and specializes in EPS (40,000 MT per annum)
- Jiang Yin Long Xin Chemical Co.: Established in 1995
and specializes in C4/C5 (blowing agents in EPS) with capacity of 5000
MT per annum.
- Jiang Yin Xin-He-Qiao Chemical Co., Ltd.: Established
in 1997 and specializes in EPS (60,000 MT per annum)
